You’ve Just Found the Perfect Event Venue!
Our beautiful private party room/court yard is available for 1-6 hour rentals and can hold up to 25 people. Excellent Parking! Wonderful small venue for your next gathering post COVID. No alcohol is permitted on premises at any time.
PRICING
50% non-refundable booking deposit required to hold your party date. A security deposit is also required beforehand and will be refunded in full at the conclusion of your special event pending inspection of the venue by our staff to make sure no items are stolen, broken, damaged or lost. Our venue must be left exactly as it was found or you will not receive your security deposit. Should you need to cancel your event, the security deposit will be returned to you.
Party Room:
- (No Food Allowed). Included in your rental is the room, three 30″ round cocktail tables, tablecloths, and seating for 15. Absolutely no food is permitted on premises for this package. 1 Hour – $150. Each Additional Hour $100. Decorations Allowed: If you are planning on decorating, please include that in the time you need.
Party Room Deluxe:
- (Desserts Only Allowed). Client supplies all food items they wish to serve their guests. Client is also responsible for utensils and serving trays. Included in your rental is the room, three 30″ round cocktail tables, tablecloths, and seating for 15. 2 Hour Minimum – $275. Each Additional Hour – $100 Decorations Allowed: If you are planning on decorating, please include that in the time you need.
Party Room Supreme:
- (Food, Meals, Buffet and Desserts Allowed). Client supplies all food items they wish to serve their guests. Client is also responsible for utensils and serving trays. Included in your rental is the room, three 30″ round cocktail tables, tablecloths, and seating for 15. 3 Hour Minimum – $400. Each Additional Hour – $75. Decorations Allowed: If you are planning on decorating, please include that in the time that you will need.
Optional Add-Ons Available:
- *You can add on any ultrasound package for your Gender Reveal or Baby Shower – This will allow your guests to see your little one during the party. Cost of ultrasound packages range from $75 (2D) to $225 (5D).
- White Princess Royal Chair $75 (includes backdrops great for photos)
- Each additional 40″ round table, 6 chairs with tablecloth $15
- Each additional 72″ rectangle table, 6 chairs with tablecloth $15
- Event hostess available for $20 per hour
- We can decorate, supply serving dishes and have a professional photographer available each for an extra cost
- Don’t want to deal with or handle your guest’s trash, garbage and cleanup after the party? We can take care of it for you for $75 added.
