Alternatives to the Gender Reveal Party
Although popular, the gender reveal party is not for everyone. Having a gender reveal party is a personal preference. If you have decided you would like gender determination but want to skip the gender reveal party, here are some great alternatives:
1. Share your 2D, 3D/4D or 5D/HD LIVE ultrasound images/videos
You don’t need a gender reveal party to share ultrasound images / videos of your baby. If you want to add some mystique, consider sending images and/or videos and asking recipients to guess whether it is a boy or girl. You can then follow-up with the gender reveal. See our 2D, 3D, 4D and 5D ultrasound packages for details. All of our ultrasound packages include your baby’s images texted instantly directly to you before you even leave the building.
2. Invite loved ones over for dinner
If an elaborate gender reveal party is not your cup of tea, consider having a few friends and family over for nice meal to share your big news.
3. Make the announcement in your baby shower invitation
Simply design your baby shower invitation to double as a gender reveal announcement.
4. Announce your big news on Social Media
This can be a fun and streamlined way to make your big announcement.
Some people choose to forego gender determination all together so they can be surprised when the baby is born. That is OK, too. Remember, this is your time and gender determination should be only be conducted if you want to know if you are having a boy or girl.
